Please read these terms and conditions carefully.  By accessing this site, and pages thereof, and by using lasvegasprintingexperts.com services, you agree to be bound by the terms and conditions below and any statement on all web pages of the lasvegasprintingexperts.com website.  If you do not agree to these terms and conditions, do not access this site, or any pages thereof, or utilize lasvegaspritningexperts.com services and information.

ACCURACY OF SPECIFICATIONS:

Quotations are provided based upon the accuracy of the specifications provided.  Las Vegas Printing Experts may return or deny a project at any time of submission if the artwork or electronic files do not conform to the information on which the original quotations were based.  Project quotes are valid for 30 days.  If the project deviates from the original specifications Las Vegas Printing Experts reserves the right to review and modify the quote once final order specifications are confirmed.

LIABILITY AND WARRANTY DISCLAIMER:

Las Vegas Printing Experts warrants the work is as described in the agreed upon order.  The client understands that all copy, proofs and preparatory work shown to the client is intended only to illustrate the general type and quality of the work.

DISCLAIMER OF WARRANTIES:

Las Vegas Printing Experts warrants only that the work will conform to the description contained in the agreed upon order.  Las Vegas Printing Experts liability whether by negligence, contract or otherwise, will not exceed the amount specified in the order.  Under no circumstances will Las Vegas Printing Experts be liable for consequential damages.

ALTERATIONS/CORRECTIONS:

Guidelines and specifications for submitting artwork will be provided upon request. After signing off on an approved artwork, you are not allowed to make any changes.  If in the event that you need to make any change, after proofing and before printing, additional layout fee may apply.  If changes are required in the middle of the print run, You will be responsible for all work and materials used up to the time of receipt of your written requests  for changes or cancellation of no less than $50.00.

We require that the files you send us are properly set up for printing.  Las Vegas Printing Experts can and will supply you with a proof.  Any variations/corrections on artwork is subject for additional fees.
